Description
DHL Worldwide Network is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant for our building in Diegem. If you have a talent for administration, be sure to apply! Your tasks include:
* You help with the administration.
* You will support the Security Filing team
* You will use MS Office for different tasks.
Working hours as below:
1st 4 weeks: shift 9 - 17 from Mondag till Friday
As of week 5: 2 shifts on rotational basis:
* Early from 6:00 until 14:00 (24min lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00)
* Late from 14:00 until 22:00 (24min dinner break between 17:00 and 18:00)
Work on weekdays/weekends & Public Holidays on rotational basis:
§ Shift 1: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat/ recovery day on Wed
§ Shift 2: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Sun / recovery day on Fri
§ Shift 3: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri
