As a key member of our team, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will plan, direct, and oversee projects to ensure goals and objectives are met within the set timeline, quality, and budget.
This role reports directly to the Director of Program Management and is responsible for:
* Defining project scope and objectives by collaborating with stakeholders
* Initiating, planning, and monitoring assigned projects to meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements
* Developing detailed project plans to track progress and identify potential issues
* Managing project scope changes and adapting to new circumstances
* Leading multidisciplinary project teams to achieve common goals
* Evaluating project performance using established tools and metrics
* Analyzing project and business issues to inform strategic decisions
* Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
* Fostering strong customer relationships and stakeholder engagement
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation
Profile Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (chemistry, pharmacy, or biology)
* Fluency in English and French languages, both spoken and written
* Proven experience in project management with a deep understanding of CMO interactions and customer needs
* Familiarity with industrial/pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP regulations
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer orientation, and ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and team player mentality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
* PMP certification is highly desirable
