Missions and responsibilities
Advise and represent clients in complex disputes, both in and out of court.
Assist companies, shareholders, directors and other stakeholders in corporate and commercial litigation matters.
Draft legal documents and develop sound litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Contribute to the development of the litigation practice through knowledge sharing and active collaboration within the team.
Ideal profile
Master's degree in Belgian law, with a specialisation in corporate and contract law and 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
Excellent knowledge of Belgian procedural law and relevant regulations.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a pragmatic and client‑oriented mindset. xphnsxz
