Job Description
We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Support (Part-time) preferably half a day every weekday
You will:
• Answer IT support requests, either from our ticketing system or through calls (phone, MS Teams)
• Provide a primary evaluation of support requestion and assess urgency
• Respond to simple requests or re-assign more complex items to senior collaborators where necessary
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent function • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and MS Office 365 suite, and in particular MS Teams • Very good knowledge and resolution of most issues related to PCs/laptops: software/network settings, printing, WiFi, sharing screen, A/V, ... • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, whether remotely or on-site. • Good and clear communication to effectively interact with users, understand their needs and explain the solution • Customer-minded: smiling, empathic, patient, focused on problem solving • Fast learner • Excellent attention to detail • Fluency in English and additional European languages are a definite asset;
