The mission Our client in the insurance sector is looking for a Project Leader to join their Hyper Automation team. Objective of the job: Organize project governance (stakeholders, resources, external dependencies, communication plan…) Organize and lead steering committees Make sure communication flows smoothly between all stakeholders (Business, process, IT, sponsors, etc.) Manage and challenge business requirements Coordinate architecture activities and outputs Set-up project budget and roadmap Follow progress of the developments Report on progress, timing, scope, quality and budget to the client and the senior managers Anticipate risks and issues and propose actions to tackle them Communicate pro-actively to all stakeholders of the project Setup and coordinate change management plan and training plans if needed Organize rollouts Setup post-production operational process Stimulate and motivate the project members Is this you ? Fluent in Dutch and French Good knowledge of English (for documentation) University graduate or equivalent IT project management Experience in business and/or functional analysis Digital mindset MS-office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good IT background Azure DevOps Knowledge about PowerPlatform, BluePrism Insurance or finance sector / Application development Insurance business knowledge Soft skills: Autonomous Result oriented Pro-activ Client oriented Structured Excellent communication skills Leadership Collaboration Adaptive person How we support you ?
