Presentation
DRI is responsible for managing police information and ICT resources.
DRI is notably responsible for preparing the policy and rules for information management and processing, developing the concept of police information, defining technical standards and norms, and implementing information and communication systems.
The Services division (DISE) tests products, ensures the distribution and installation of various hardware and software products and also plays the role of "after-sales service".
In this capacity, the Services division also serves as the "first line of contact" for all questions related to DRI products or information management procedures and handles bottom-up issues to enable the implementation of structural solutions. It also maintains a functional link with the decentralized "I" offices to facilitate the implementation of various norms and standards at the borough level.
· The division ensures the management and monitoring of the 'service management committee' in which the SLAs for first and second line support are developed and in which customer support procedures are monitored, including the norms and standards to be applied by decentralized services.
The division ensures the 'plan-do-check-act' cycle by reporting structural problems encountered in current applications or procedures to the Operations division.
