About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in providing top-notch technical support services. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our global operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to the IT service management team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional service.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
* Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve service delivery and reduce downtime.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* Leverage your technical expertise to provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent service.
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working collaboratively with other teams to ensure prompt resolution.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our IT services and drive business growth.
* Collaborate with the broader IT team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.
* Participate in IT governance and decision-making processes, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* At least 7 years of experience in an IT service delivery role, preferably in a global multi-geographic organization.
* Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal customers and colleagues.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in French and German a plus.
