About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Brussels. As we continue to scale our consulting practice, your mission will be to identify, attract, and hire the elite talent that defines Sailpeak.
This is a high-impact role where you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized profiles. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership, ensuring we maintain a high talent bar while building a world-class candidate experience in the competitive Belgian landscape.
You will:
* Own the Full Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing and proactive sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
* Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of "passive" talent within the AI and Digital Transformation ecosystem using advanced headhunting techniques.
* Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with our Founders to align recruitment efforts with business growth and headcount planning.
* Elevate Employer Branding & Value Proposition: Define and communicate our value proposition, shaping career paths and reward packages to position Sailpeak as a premier destination for consulting talent.
* Optimize Candidate Experience: Act as the face of Sailpeak, ensuring every candidate receives a premium, transparent, and high-energy experience.
* Data-Driven Recruitment: Track key metrics and provide insights to leadership to continuously improve our hiring speed, quality, and diversity.
You bring to the table:
* 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
* Tech & AI Literacy: A strong interest in (or experience with) the digital transformation and AI landscape, allowing you to speak the same language as our candidates, is a huge plus.
* Headhunting Expertise: Proven ability to find "hidden gems" through different tools and channels.
* Stakeholder Management: The confidence to advise founders and managers on market trends and candidate expectations.

Fluency in English and French/Dutch
