About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic E-Commerce Merchandiser who is eager to learn, innovate and make a tangible impact on our online business. In this role, you will take ownership of key e-Commerce initiatives, collaborate across teams and help shape our digital customer experience. This is a role for someone who enjoys analyzing data, generating insights and turning ideas into actionable improvements.
The job:
* Lead the management of product uploads, category builds, product detail updates and promotional campaigns, ensuring accuracy and maximizing commercial impact.
* Collaborate closely with graphic designers, copywriters, operations and customer service teams to design and deliver campaigns that enhance customer experience and drive business results.
* Partner with the e-Commerce manager and product owner to identify opportunities for site optimization, including product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling and search enhancements.
* Take the initiative to implement new marketing strategy features and identify innovative ways to leverage them to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using and making insights to recommend strategic improvements and inform future initiatives.
* Review past campaigns and digital activities to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for innovation.
* Actively contribute to process improvements and participate in site walks or other hands-on initiatives to optimize the customer journey.
* Communicate findings, ideas, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, influencing decisions across teams.

* You have relevant knowledge and some initial experience in e-Commerce, with the eagerness and potential to grow and succeed in this environment.
* You have strong analytical skills and enjoy diving into data to uncover insights, spot trends and propose actionable improvements that drive business results.
* You are strategically minded, able to connect day-to-day tasks with broader business objectives, always looking for ways to improve processes, campaigns and the overall customer experience.
