Your Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you position our client company as the preferred partner for your customers — not just a supplier, but a trusted advisor.
You’ll work closely with engineers, buyers, and decision-makers to identify opportunities, create tailored solutions, and deliver outstanding commercial and technical value.
Your mission: develop, expand, and protect sales by actively engaging in projects, quotations, and supply chain initiatives that make a real difference for your clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales within your assigned customer portfolio and territory
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence
* Advise customers on technical and commercial solutions that best fit their needs
* Collaborate with customers’ engineering and purchasing teams on designs and product selections
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support end-customer projects
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution
Your Profile
* Several years of sales experience in the electronics industry (components, semiconductors, or related fields)
* Completed technical and/or commercial education
* Strong analytical mindset and a consultative sales approach
* Excellent communication and presentation skills — both technical and commercial
* Curious, proactive, and eager to expand your product and market knowledge
* Fluent in Dutch
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); CRM experience is a plus
* Willingness to travel locally (Benelux) and a valid driver’s license
