You operate in a large, complex organization, where strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and leadership are key to success. Your responsibilities: Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, navigating a complex matrix organization and balancing competing priorities across senior leadership, business units and technical teams. Act as a key interface with senior business and executive stakeholders, managing expectations, priorities and trade-offs in a large-scale organization. Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in complex, cross-functional and enterprise-scale environments. Strong ability to lead without authority, influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams. Strategic thinker and fast learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear direction.Deep experience working in Agile environments, with a strong focus on value delivery over output.
