Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing Personal Support
* Facilitating Effective Administrative Coordination
* Handling Customer Inquiries and Preparing Quotes
* Supporting Sales Managers in Maintaining Daily Customer Contacts
* Updating and Managing Information in Our CRM System
* Collecting and Updating Market Information to Support Sales Activities
* Acting as Back-up for Sales Managers During Business Trips
* Managing Small Accounts and Supporting Account Development
* Conducting the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and Analyzing Results
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* At Least 5 Years of Experience in a Similar Role
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
* Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work Cooperatively Across Functions
* Commercial Awareness and Organizational Skills
* Ability to Take Initiative and Prioritize Effectively
* A Strong Sense of Urgency and Result-Driven Approach
