To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our global marketing and sales strategy. Role Overview As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for positioning our company as the established partner in precision motion technology. You will develop and implement a clear marketing vision, manage brand strategy, and execute demand generation campaigns targeting international B2B markets. Working closely with the CEO and the R&D department, you will translate complex technical innovations into clear, compelling value propositions. Xeryon has a unique market approach, as it runs an industrial B2B business as marketing driven as an FMCG company. There is a digital only strategy with a strong focus on videocontent. Define and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives. Lead, grow and coach the marketing team and the in-house sales team Have a lead generation target as well as a sales target Manage the Adwords and Linkedin campaigns, which are the backbone of the lead generation strategy Transform the company from a High Tech scale-up to a fully fletched global player Build and maintain a marketing dashboard Build and strengthen the brand presence across digital channels. Manage website, digital channels, and content creation (case studies, pictures, videos). Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Proven experience (15+ years) in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial technology, medtech, or high-precision engineering. Strong track record in building brand awareness and generating leads in international markets. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead nurturing. Ability to translate technical innovations into customer-oriented messaging. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
