ABOUT THE JOB
You'll lead the Premium assortment strategy forCollections, Collaborations, and Licensing, bringing our “Execute with Impact” vision to life across all channels. Your mission? Build compelling, consumer-right assortments that drive profitable growth, strengthen Levi's® brand equity, and deliver best-in-class execution in-store.
From strategy to market launch, you'll own the full project lifecycle, planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives on time and within scope. You'll partner closely with Operations, Commercial, Planning, Marketing, and BX teams to ensure every assortment shows up in the most inspiring way. You'll keep the consumer at the heart of everything, analyzing weekly product performance to take action that maximizes sell-out and informs future strategies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Premium assortment strategy for Collections, Collab, and Licensing, driving segmentation and product flow that creates brand heat and commercial opportunities.
2. Manage projects end-to-end: define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; ensure flawless execution across markets.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally (Planning, Marketing, BX, and Merch Ops) to ensure impactful execution in-store and across channels.
4. Be the voice of the consumer - identify opportunities to grow our fan base and engage new audiences.
5. Own results and insights: Analyze weekly sell-out, ROS, and sell-through; drive pricing strategies and in-season actions to maximize performance.
6. Reduce left-to-sell in partnership with trading teams, balancing inventory risk with brand equity.
7. Execute Go-to-Market plans aligned with global guidelines - by category, style, color, and flow - ensuring “buy now, wear now” strategies deliver full-price sell-through.
8. Maintain line plans, range plans, directive assortments, PLM systems, and tools in collaboration with Merch Ops and analytics teams.
9. Deliver inspiring product presentations at internal meetings, promoting Levi's® leadership and lifestyle positioning.
10. Stay curious - challenge the status quo, explore new opportunities, and share best practices to create one team spirit.
ABOUT YOU
11. Minimum 3 years' merchandising experience in apparel.
12. Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, pricing, margin targets, and VM/BX principles.
13. Developed sense of fashion and consumer trends.
14. Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills, including influencing and negotiation.
15. Strong project management skills: ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
16. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
17. Fluent in English
18. Proficient in MS Office and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau).
19. Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Fashion preferred.
20. Willingness to travel (10–20%).
This is ahybrid positionbased in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the officethree days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is€ 63,800.00 - € 85,000.00per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
