Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials, equipment, and promotional items
* Ensure uninterrupted supply to breweries and export clients
* Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimisation
* Oversee logistics operations including customs, transport, and delivery schedules
* Manage procurement budgets and monitor cost performance
* Supervise a small team and coordinate daily operations
* Maintain accurate data and reporting systems for procurement and logistics
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
* Set-up of an S&OP strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 8+ years of experience in procurement within brewery, beverage, or FMCG production
* Degree in Supply Chain, Agro-Industry, or Food Production
* Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
* Proven track record in maritime transport and international supply chains
* Skilled in supplier negotiation, cost control, and logistics optimisation
* Autonomous, structured, and capable of managing complex operations
* Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
* Comfortable working in multicultural and cross-functional environments
