Bambaw is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to own our end-to-end supply chain, from Asian & EU procurement through European and North American hubs to final delivery. If you think in flows, lead with data, and build teams that run without you, we’d love to meet you.
Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9:00–18:00 CET (Brussels)
Bambaw is a Belgian sustainable lifestyle brand building durable alternatives to everyday products, from safety razors to home textiles. Our product range spans over 800 active SKUs sourced primarily from Asia, warehoused through 3PL partners in Belgium, the UK, Canada, and the US, and sold across Amazon (EU, UK, US, CA), our own website, and wholesale partners. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our supply chain, from procurement and supplier management through logistics and inventory planning to final delivery across all channels. You will lead a team of three (Procurement Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Operator) and report directly to the Co-CEO/COO. Your mandate is to ensure products reach customers reliably and cost-effectively, while building a team and systems that operate autonomously.
End-to-End Supply Chain Ownership
Own the macro view of the full supply chain flow across continents: Asia (procurement and production), Europe (3PL hub and local warehouses), and North America (hub and FBA fulfillment)
Understand and optimize cost, lead times, and bottlenecks at each stage of the flow
Establish a precise cost baseline across freight, warehousing, duties, and handling
Make data-driven decisions on freight routes, supplier terms, and consolidation
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports
Set clear expectations, track KPIs weekly, and hold the team accountable
Build enough structure and autonomy that the founders can step back from daily supply chain operations
Map and assess the full supplier base: concentration risk, delivery performance, criticality
Own the supply chain workstream for new product launches: onboarding new suppliers, setting up products in the system, ensuring compliance (risk cards, certifications), coordinating first shipments
Work closely with the Product team to integrate supply chain requirements early in the development process
Document and standardize supply chain processes through clear SOPs
Build and maintain a live dashboard for key supply chain KPIs
Collaborate with our internal IT team to improve and develop custom tools that support supply chain workflows
5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain or operations, with at least 2 years managing a team
~ You make decisions with data, not gut feel, whether it is about freight routes, supplier choices, or stock allocation
~ Fluent in English (working language). French at B1+ level for the Brussels office and Belgian stakeholders
~ Experience with Amazon FBA/AWD logistics and e-commerce fulfillment
Experience with Asian sourcing and Chinese suppliers
Take real ownership of a supply chain that spans three continents
Lead and develop a motivated team with clear growth paths
Work with an internal IT team that builds custom tools to support your operations. Competitive Belgian salary package including meal vouchers, eco-cheques, health insurance, Collective bonus, and net allowance
Hybrid setup in our Brussels office (Etterbeek) with an international, mission-driven team
