Job Scope
Responsible for sales activities in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil, with a strong focus on developing new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, ensuring the sustainable achievement of commercial results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Sell and promote products to public and private hospitals, as well as clinical analysis laboratories, acting in a consultative manner.
* Advise customers on problem-solving, clarification of technical questions, and the optimal use and profitability of the systems offered.
* Prospect new customers with purchasing potential, aiming to expand the customer base and increase market share.
* Participate in public bidding and procurement processes, including collection and analysis of bid documents, and preparation and presentation of commercial proposals.
* Analyze sales statistics and performance indicators to identify business opportunities for new products within existing customers.
* Prepare sales, visit, and commercial performance reports.
* Monitor billing and payment processes with customers, ensuring alignment with internal departments.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Biology, or Biochemistry or related fields.
* Experience in a similar role within Immunology in the diagnostics market.
* Consultative sales experience in the healthcare segment, preferably in IVG.
* Strategic account management experience.
* Microsoft Office competency.
* Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a plus.
* Preferably based in Fortaleza/CE.
