We’re now on the hunt for a Conversion Strategist to join Team Sophie. In this role, you’ll connect the dots between design, data, and advertising performance – making sure every creative asset not only looks great, but also delivers measurable impact.
What you’ll do:
* Coordinate with our design team to produce conversion‑focused creative assets for Amazon brands.
* Manage scheduling of creatives and campaigns across multiple brands.
* Track performance of creatives and assets using data‑driven metrics.
* Collaborate closely with the PPC team to align creative strategy with ad performance.
* Use data insights to guide and optimize creative decisions for stronger conversion rates.
* Maintain high standards for creative quality, consistency, and professionalism.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through.
* Comfortable analyzing performance data to make informed decisions.
* A good eye for design and a strong sense of branding.
* Professional, optimistic, and proactive communicator.
* Experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or account management.
* Experience working with graphic designers, videographers, and writing briefs.
Bonus points if you have:
* Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Prior experience with Amazon PPC campaigns.
* Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and workflows.
* Previous experience in account management or client‑facing roles.
