The project:
Our client in the insurance sector, is seeking an IT AI Business SPOC to strengthen their team.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the Business SPOC for AI and IT-related initiatives
Conduct business analysis to identify and formalize new opportunities in AI, cloud, data, and security services
Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions (components, landing zones, integrations, etc.)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and guardrails (Cybersecurity, Cloud governance, GDPR, etc.)
Contribute to the design and implementation of Microsoft Azure, Copilot, and Power Platform solutions
Understand AI-related concepts such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and FCT (Functional Chain Testing)
Maintain a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring business value delivery
Facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders, providing clarity and structure

Cloud & AI: Microsoft Azure, Copilot, Power Platform
Governance & Compliance: Cybersecurity, Cloud Policies, GDPR
AI Knowledge: RAG, FCT, prompt engineering principles
Strong organizational and task management abilities
Structured, autonomous, and proactive working style
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-oriented, capable of bridging the gap between business and technical teams
