Business Analyst – Digital Channels (App & Web) – Freelance
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a client operating in a regulated environment, working on digital channels including mobile applications and web platforms.
The consultant will work with product, marketing, IT, UX, and other stakeholders to define, analyse, and deliver functional changes across digital channels. The role focuses on requirement definition, functional analysis, development follow-up, and testing activities within an Agile/Scrum setup.
Responsibilities
* Participate in the definition and development of new features and improvements for digital channels in collaboration with the Product Owner
* Perform functional analysis and document requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
* Coordinate with stakeholders including IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and Security
* Gather and validate prospect and customer needs together with business and marketing teams
* Analyse user behaviour and channel usage data
* Define functional and UX-related improvements
* Maintain visibility on the backlog and contribute to prioritisation activities
* Follow up on development activities and support the delivery team during implementation
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily and weekly meetings
* Follow up on user testing activities
* Define and execute test plans and test cases together with the test team
* Brief internal teams (e.g. contact centre, administrative teams) on functional changes
Profile
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Experience as a functional analyst, user story writing, and functional testing
* Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
