Job Title Key Account Manager (Wallonia/Brussels) Job Description Your Role: Drive sales growth and margin across key accounts in Wallonia, including service contracts. Build strong, long-term relationships to boost customer satisfaction (NPS) and engage at all organizational levels. Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with regional strategy. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel with win/loss analysis. Ensure timely, compliant quotations and validate third-party product compatibility. Lead cross-functional account teams and collaborate with channel partners to achieve business goals. Act as a connector between departments, coordinating resources for success. Report and follow up on customer feedback per quality and regulatory standards. Operate in full compliance with global business principles and ethics. You are the right fit if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in sales of medical imaging systems or medical equipment. Strong knowledge of the Wallonia healthcare market and ability to engage key stakeholders. A track record of top sales performance. Expertise in consultative selling, executive engagement, negotiations, and strategic account management. Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in French and English. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
