What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it\'s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
* Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – IT Support
* Location: Sao Leopoldo, RS
* Anticipated Start Date: May 2026
* Contract Duration: 2 years
* Work Hours: 30 hours per week (9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00)
* IT interns must support the IT team in administrative tasks and activities related to local/regional IT projects regarding Audio & Video technologies as well as Computer Network. Provide stable IT environment to the local business and acts as an IT entry point for all local topics. Support events in Auditoriums.
Responsibilities
* Eventual support for hardware and software
* Execute IT infrastructure daily operations
* Open tickets for the hardware suppliers
* Organize and control IT admin activities
* Follow up on activities
* Communicate regionally (Latin America) with colleagues and globally with peer departments

* Studying Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Administration
* English: advanced level desirable
* Knowledge of MS Office 365 tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, Planner, etc.)
* Enthusiasm to learn

* Capable of dealing with different projects and tasks
* Problem solver profile
* Understand network terminology and topology (AP, Switch, DNS, PoE)
