is looking for his client a
IAM Compliance Officer NIS2 (F/M/X)
The ITSSR shall assist the IAM Expertise & Service Lead (IAM E&SL) in his/her primary mission to ensure the application of the information security policy (prevention, protection, defines, resilience/remediation). The IT System Security Responsible (ITSSR) will also assist the IAM E&SL with the implementation of different changes in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, starting with the documentation of the IAM processes. As ITSSR he/she will ensure the creation, updates, and consistency of all IAM documentation (process descriptions, procedures, guidelines...) required for regulatory compliance and effective governance.
* Activities / Main Responsibilities
* Assist the IAM E&SL in his/her missions.
* Write and maintain IAM documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines) at various levels (governance, tools, technical procedures).
* Define governance principles and ensure their operational implementation.
* Ensure regulatory alignment (NGMS, NIS2, ISO 27001, internal/external audits, etc.).
* Translate complex technical practices into clear, accessible documentation for various audiences (ExCom, management, IT operations).
* Collaborate with the NUC IAM team and internal auditors.
* Contribute to IAM governance and role-based access control models.
* Maintain traceability and audit readiness.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer and team continuity.
* Prerequisites
* Knowledge of IAM.
* Trilingual (EN,NL,FR).
* BE NSA Security Clearance Secret or able to obtain it in a reasonable time.
* Car drivers license.
