The scope of CQV activities may relate to Facility, Utilities, Process and Process Support Equipment.Aside to delivering in line with the Client C+Q requirements, the CQ Lead will ensure that overall Baseline Schedule, Compliance, Quality and HSE objectives are achieved in line with Project expectations. The CQ Lead will form part of the PDP leadership team attending core team meetings, providing guidance on CQ matters and representing PDP in terms of technical and schedule obligations.The CQ Lead will take the lead and responsibility for:Planning and Scheduling in conjunction with the overall Client SchedulerEHS matters relating to Start up including implementation of Client PTW and LOTOTO procedures. The LOTOTO team is expected to be provide by Client and should work in collaboration with CQ Area Owners and CQ EngineersExecution Coordinator for FAT, Execution Readiness and ExecutionMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral Management and Coordination in conjunction with Client and PDP Team:Development of an overall level 4 CQ plan in conjunction with the Client project schedulerMeeting and delivering key project milestonesLead various weekly multidisciplinary CQV, Eng, CM and USER coordination meetingsHSE and Safe Start-Up including PTW and LOTOImplementation of CORP-35 and supporting guidelinesAdherence to EU Annex 15 directivesOversight on CQV Doc PreparationManagement and coordination of CQ execution activities in conjunction Client OPS/BPE’s, Vendors, CQ Area Owners and CQ EngineersMC, P+ID Walk down and Punch item CategorisationPunch List ManagementReviewing CQ test plans and specifications prior to their approvalsManagement and Filing of CQV related documentationSystem and Area HandoverExecution Readiness:FAT coordination as requestedDocumented training on PSP’sCQ Team development and resource and allocationMonitoring and coordinate MC readinessCQV documentation readinessMonitoring and coordinate Automation readinessMonitor and coordinate SUT installation in conjunction with OPS/BPE’sCalibration readiness including test equipment and resourcingHSE Plans, System PSSR’s and LOTO device readinessVendor notification of SAT dates per CQ ScheduleMaterials, consumables, spares, first fill available in storesEnsuring the fulfilment of the general pre-requisites, needed to start with CQV executionCQV Execution:Ensure daily multidisciplinary CQV, Eng, CM and USER coordination meetings are establishedHSE management in conjunction with HSE LeadMC acceptanceManage CQV execution activities in conjunction with area CQV LeadsEnsuring compliance of the commissioning activities with qualification requirements where test results are subject to leveraging (FAT, CTOD and SAT)Tracking of changes, punch items and deficienciesReviewing first of type CQV test reports prior to their approvalsAssisting system leads/engineers with system handover to productionPQ and PPQ support where necessary (nit included in current scope)Project Controls:Planning & SchedulingDevelopment of an overall System based ‘baseline’ CQV Schedule in conjunction with Engineering, CM and USER Group involving;System DefinitionSystem ClassificationMC alignment with ConstructionHandover alignment with USERFortnightly updates to CQ schedule including ‘actualized’ and ‘forecasting’ data for Doc pre and Execution PhasesLiaise with PMO and USER with inputs to PQ and PPQ scheduleProgress ReportingDevelopment of a monthly project report including but not limited to:ContractsDevelop scope of work(s) for CQV related vendors and contractorsWorking closely with procurement in relation to;Bid analysisRecommendations and AwardApproval of invoices based on progress and or timesheetsProgress measurementInvoice approval and stage paymentCostManage overall cost on behalf of PDP/Client for CQV activates (Directs and Indirects)Scope including schedule delay management and related change controlMan-hour and cost managementKey Performance IndicatorsManagement: Compliance with a schedule at a system and area level with the planned resource levelsCQ Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience of Process Commissioning and Qualification.Feedback from customer (i.e. Quality, HSE, operations)Safety: No lost time accidents or incidentsQuality:
