About the Role

* Incident Management: Proactively identify, respond to, and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
* Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with Lenovo PCs, including desktops and laptops, and Windows 10 operating systems.
* Network and System Administration: Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including patching and imaging computers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including MS Outlook and Teams, and experience with Apple iPad and iPhone issues.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, and experience working in a technical ICT environment.
