How do we bring our products directly to the right customers and boost sales through targeted actions? That’s the challenge you’ll take on. As Go-to-market Manager for Targeted Sales Campaigns, you design and drive hands-on acquisition strategies that go beyond the classic marketing mix. You’re not afraid to test, learn and reinvent. The goal: create impact with creative, measurable sales initiatives – and ensure customers experience a seamless journey from first contact to long-term loyalty. This is a new role within our marketing acquisition team, giving you both the change and the responsibility to shape it. You experiment, identify what works, and document new processes to scale.
Your responsibilities as a Go-to-market Manager – Targeted Sales Campaigns
1. Develop and execute highly targeted sales campaigns, including city marketing, door-to-door, cold calling, outbound activities, affiliate marketing and other creative push initiatives.
2. Work with a true test & learn mentality: trying new approaches, measuring results, and continuously optimizing your strategies.
3. Thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment: you quickly adapt to shifting market dynamics and respond rapidly to new opportunities or challenges.
4. Design frameworks, playbooks and processes that make it possible to scale successful initiatives.
5. Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure flawless execution and a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
6. Translate customer insights and market opportunities into out-of-the-box concepts that deliver measurable sales uplift.
7. Steer on KPIs (leads, conversion, retention) and quickly adjust course where needed.

8. At least 8 years of experience in sales-driven marketing or acquisition roles (e.g. trade marketing, performance marketing or digital Go To Market).
9. Strong background in targeted push campaigns: city marketing, door-to-door, outbound, cold calling, or affiliate marketing.
10. A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to test, learn and execute.
11. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to market shifts.
12. A natural connector, ensuring Sales and Operations work hand-in-hand to create the best customer experience.
13. Fluent in Dutch or French, and English.
14. A master’s degree in economics, business or marketing is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
