* Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service is essential.
Providing product training and support to healthcare professionals is also a key aspect of the role.
* The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the hospital landscape in the region and proven ability to build long-term relationships and drive commercial success.
Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English are mandatory.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for:
o Managing and growing a portfolio of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across BeLux.
o Promoting and selling a range of medical nutrition devices and solutions to clinical stakeholders.
o Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
o Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service.
o Providing product training and support to healthcare professionals.
o Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
o Representing the company at industry events, congresses, and product launches.
* Your responsibilities may include:
o Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
o Maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales performance.
o Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You will need:
o At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Life Sciences or related field - or equivalent by experience.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
o Strong knowledge of the hospital landscape in the region.
o Proven ability to build long-term relationships and drive commercial success.
o Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
