CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Provide permanent telephone and/or e-mail client support regarding orders, product availability, shipments, payments and agreements, as well as product related issues.
Enter data related to clients and orders into relevant IT systems.
Prepare analyses and reviews of sales and other data.
Good knowledge of Dutch and English language, some knowledge of French is desired.
Previous experience in customer service and phone and internet sales
Good analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
Patient, kind, dynamic, proactive, resilient.
Good relationships within the team
