Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master within the IT Production Data team. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will drive the agile transformation of data services for the client, empowering high-performing teams, ensuring value delivery, and promoting expertise across various entities. All responsibilities are carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, offering you the opportunity to work on-site and be part of a dynamic, value-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Team Facilitation (Scrum/Kanban):
o Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and remove impediments to maximize team efficiency.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving.
o Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders (IT, business lines, management).
* IT Production Data Advocacy:
o Raise awareness of data services’ strategic value (data quality, resilience, governance).
o Identify cross-team synergies and improvement opportunities aligned with group priorities.
o Represent the team in workshops or presentations to showcase achievements and roadmap.
* Continuous Improvement:
o Champion Agile/DevOps best practices (scalability, CI/CD, metrics-driven decisions).
o Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to refine processes (backlog prioritization, risk management).

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master (PSM/CSM certification preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
* Familiarity with data environments (databases, ETL pipelines, monitoring) and IT production (performance, security, incident management).
* Proactive mindset with a track record of driving initiatives independently.
* Excellent communication (verbal/written) to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
* Pedagogical approach to explain complex concepts and align teams on shared goals.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
* Sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language (Dutch or French).
* Agile teams are cross-functional; all required disciplines are represented, and team members are expected to contribute beyond their primary role to achieve sprint goals.
* Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
* Nice-to-have: Experience in banking/financial services or large-scale data projects; knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, BCBS 239, ISO 27001).
