Unifiber is a management company dedicated to the design, planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of a cutting-edge fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network across Wallonia. Founded in 2021 as a joint venture between Eurofiber and Proximus, Unifiber plays a key role in accelerating the region’s digital transition. As a IT support engineer your primary responsibility is to manage our IT applications, our office IT and interfacing to our external partners.
The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with good communication skills, ready to handle a broad variety of IT tasks and assist our IT manager in daily operations and improvements.
Act as the initial point of contact for IT-related queries
Provide prompt assistance in diagnosing and resolving IT issues
Manage accounts and access for employees and external partners
Collaborate on IT projects, such as the rollout of new applications and functionalities
Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures
Fluent in French and English with good written and oral communication skills
Computer science-oriented education or technical background
