As Head of Data & AI, you play a central role in shaping the organisation's long-term data vision and enabling smarter, faster, and more transparent services for stakeholders nationwide. You will lead the Data, AI and BI teams, define the strategic roadmap, and ensure alignment with business objectives at every level. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, data governance, and organisational change.
You collaborate closely with IT leadership, product teams, executive committees, and external partners to make data a true enabler across the organisation.
What You Will Do
* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in Data, AI and BI.
* Define and execute the Data, AI & BI strategy and long-term roadmap.
* Promote a strong data culture, ensuring alignment with business and product teams.
* Drive high-impact initiatives that bring measurable business value.
* Oversee budgets, vendor management, and key technology choices.
* Ensure governance, quality, and strategic alignment across all data domains.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the domain at board level.
* Enable transversal collaboration and ensure proactive synergies across departments.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum
10 years of experience
in Data Governance, Data Quality, AI, BI or related roles.
* Proven leadership managing
large teams (15+ people)
