About the role
* As part of the change management team, you will communicate and support transformation projects with clients, from conception to implementation.
* You will apply MOUNTK, our structured change methodology, to develop change strategies and facilitate adoption.
* You will contribute to increasing the visibility and outreach of project work through innovative ideas.
* You will communicate information simply, using emotional storytelling and human language.
* You will develop key messages for projects.
* You will design and produce communication materials, including talking points, newsletters, articles, videos, and visibility tools.
* You will support the creation of communication strategies and plans.
* You will bring innovation and creativity to the communication aspect of MOUNTK.
About you
* You hold a master’s degree and are interested in supply chain and operations.
* You are comfortable working within projects and understand their dynamics.
* You have initial experience in innovation.
* You have experience in corporate or traditional communications consulting.
* You have experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
* You are creative and enjoy writing.
* You can quickly grasp complex topics and summarize them into visual, concise communication assets.
* You think strategically and act operationally.
* You are eager to learn new topics and follow trends.
* You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

* You are willing to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
* You have or will obtain a valid driver’s license within 6 months.
