You will have end-to-end responsibility for coding, testing, and deploying features, working closely with the founding team. With extremely high potential and expansive growth plans ahead, this role offers a clear path to evolve into a Tech Lead and potentially CTO as they scale further.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and deploy new features in a modern MedTech application.Collaborate with the founding team on architecture and product decisions.Contribute to the product's architecture in it's entirety.Implement AI-driven functionality to enhance product capabilities.Maintain high code quality standards.Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap as the company grows.Required SkillsStrong experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.Solid knowledge of modern software development practices, testing, and CI/CD.Enthusiasm for working in a start-up environment with hands-on responsibility.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with Python.Knowledge of AI / Machine LearningFamiliarity with healthcare or MedTech applications.OfferThe chance to be part of a high-impact MedTech start-up from the very beginning.A dynamic environment backed by a strong network of proven entrepreneurs.Growth opportunities toward Tech Lead or CTO .Compensation up to €6.500 for the right candidate (interview process dependent)Full package including potential for stock options.Hybrid work options with a new office in Ghent. xjsrcvqInterested?
