As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager in Belgium and collaborate closely with the Group CFO. Leading a small finance team, you will take full ownership of financial operations and reporting across a portfolio of real estate assets and development projects:
* Supervise and ensure accurate financial and management accounting across development and investment entities
* Coordinate monthly and annual closings in accordance with group and real estate sector standards
* Prepare and present financial statements, investment reports, and cash flow analyses to internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for both operational and project-based activities
* Lead FP&A activities and provide insight into project profitability, cost control, and returns on investment
* Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements relevant to property management and development
* Oversee audits and maintain close contact with auditors, notaries, and tax advisors
* Support strategic decision-making by delivering actionable KPIs and investment performance metrics
* Drive improvements in reporting processes, systems (e.g., ERP, property management tools), and internal controls
* Partner with project and asset managers to ensure financial visibility and alignment throughout the real estate lifecycle
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles.
* Background in the construction, engineering, or project-driven industries is a strong asset.

* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).
* Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Navision, Power BI) is a plus.
