We're looking for an experienced
IT Business Analyst
to support digital initiatives in a regulated environment where accuracy, compliance, and structured delivery are essential. You'll work closely with business teams and IT colleagues to analyse processes, define requirements, and guide solutions from concept to implementation.
What You'll Do
You contribute across the full analysis and delivery cycle:
* Analyse and document
AS-IS and TO-BE
business processes.
* Gather and refine
business and functional requirements
together with stakeholders.
* Interpret data to support decisions, process improvements, and recommendations.
* Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies early in the analysis phase.
* Collaborate with technical teams to help design, test, and validate IT solutions.
* Prepare clear, structured documentation of findings and solution proposals.
* Support project planning: goals, deliverables, timelines, resource needs.
* Coordinate with ICT delivery teams to ensure quality and alignment.
* Assist in user training and support during roll-out.
* Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards
What are we looking for?
* You have
3–5 years of experience
as an
IT Business Analyst
.
* You are proficient in
Agile methodologies
.
* You possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* You are able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* You have experience in overseeing complex transitions and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* You are fluent in
French or Dutch
, plus English.
* You may hold familiarity with finance processes from an IT perspective, including budgeting and forecasting.
* You have a knowledge of
SAP or other ERP platforms
* Experience with BPMN diagram creation and/or
Sparx Enterprise Architect
.
* You may possess previous experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, finance).
