️ Your role As an
Engineering Consultant, you will: Take part in
challenging engineering and operational excellence projects
across various industries (manufacturing, logistics, energy, infrastructure, etc.) Intervene both
on the field and at project level, close to operations and decision-makers Engage with clients to understand their
technical challenges, operational constraints and business objectives Analyze existing processes, installations or systems and
identify opportunities for improvement
(performance, reliability, safety, cost, sustainability) Contribute to the
design, implementation and follow-up of technical and organizational solutions Support or lead
project management activities
(planning, coordination of stakeholders, reporting, risk management) Translate technical solutions into
clear business value
for the client Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, IT, management)
About you You hold a
Master’s degree in Engineering
(Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or another technical orientation) You have
1 to 5 years of professional experience
in an industrial, technical or engineering environment You are fluent in
French and English ;
Dutch is a strong asset You can easily adapt to
different companies, industries and environments You are an
active listener
and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues You demonstrate
analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset You are interested in both
technical topics and business-oriented challenges
