What's the aim of your role?
To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for an Internal Customer Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries. After receiving the inquiry, you will begin addressing it. You will analyze the question, identify the issue, and work towards finding an appropriate solution. You will provide feedback on the answer or status, take action on systems yourself, or involve second-line colleagues for a software adjustment or on-site intervention.
Who Are We Looking For?
1. You have at least a strong curiosity about everything related to web and software, networks, and IT in general. If you have experience with ITSM Helpdesk functions, that is definitely a plus.
2. You enjoy variety, where the nature and frequency of questions can be very diverse. In this variety, you remain focused and maintain control and oversight.
3. You thoroughly understand a question and pursue the solution until it is found. You can do this both independently and in collaboration with the team.
4. You are strong in communication, both spoken and written, preferably in three languages: Dutch, French, and English. Customer friendliness is highly important to you.
5. You are meticulous when it comes to configuring and adjusting software, drafting work assignments, and performing other administrative tasks. You are familiar with systems such as Office and ERP.
Work Environment
6. We provide the necessary specific training on our products, and you will be under the guidance of Nick, a very experienced colleague.
7. We are a small, ambitious, and dynamic team of 7 people. We value direct communication and are always there for each other.
8. Our office is easily accessible in Aarschot (IZ Nieuwland), not far from the station.
