We build capabilities to deliver lasting, impactful, and positive transformations for our clients. As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you will:
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the strategy and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, enhancing the value of the technology and positioning HR as a strategic partner;
* Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, aligning HR strategy with the chosen solutions, redesigning business processes, configuring and integrating solutions with legacy systems, and facilitating workshops and communications;
* Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and SAP partners to ensure high-quality project delivery;
* Continuously develop expertise in HR technologies, integration, employee experience, and HR trends;
* Assist clients in defining HR technology strategies and maximizing SuccessFactors' value, supporting from business case to implementation and beyond.
Let's talk about you
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant client-facing consulting experience;
* Functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central; certifications are a plus;
* Ability to translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements;
* Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and team collaboration;
* Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity;
* Willingness to travel and thrive in an international environment;
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, IT, HR, economics, or related fields; postgraduate degrees are advantageous;
* Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; additional languages are a plus.
