* Ensure project structure, governance and reporting are properly implemented and maintained.
* Coordinate with engineering teams, operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor project timelines, risks, actions and deliverables to keep the project on track.
* Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
* Background in industrial engineering or similar technical field.
* Proven experience working on CAPEX projects in industrial environments.
* Experience managing brownfield or greenfield projects, ideally involving new production line installations.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
* Action-oriented and solution-driven, capable of driving progress and resolving issues proactively.
