Job description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Check orders received by customers on items, prices, export license requirements, etc. • Process Sales Orders into the ERP Systems (SAP) through our tool ESKER • Process Purchase Orders at manufacturing plants (if necessary) • Follow up on Sales Orders with the manufacturing plants and our warehouse • Communicate with customers on Sales Orders; resolve delivery issues, respond to enquiries and provide necessary documentation for delivery through our case management tool Oracle or phone system Incontact • Request export documentation from customer, check for red flags, SPL checks, provide GTC all the information needed to release or request a license • Invoice customers after delivery; monitor customer balance before delivery. • Maintain and monitor closely order backlog • Record orders and customer information in internal files • Back up for other sales operations specialist Profiel Job Qualifications: • College Diploma or equivalent required; AS or higher in business preferred. • C1 or C2 English language level • Ability to communicate effectively; strong written and verbal communication skills. • Flexible, easy-going and able to adapt to a fast-paced and sometimes changing environment. • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize, follow-through, and complete tasks on time. • Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure. • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and good level of focus/concentration. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Strong computer skills. • Preferably with additional language skills in German Aanbod We are excited to present an engaging and diverse role within our dynamic team.
