Job description As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support across a wide range of technologies.As an IT Support Specialist, you will:Serve as the primary contact for all user support requests via our Service Desk and Helpdesk systems.Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues on Windows, Linux, and various mobile platforms (iOS, Android).Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing (VC) systems, ensuring seamless meetings and presentations.Deliver application support for a range of internal business applications.Set up new user accounts, workstations, and equipment.Document support tickets, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.Participate in on-call rotation to provide out-of-hours support.Proven experience in an IT Support or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.Experience with mobile support (Android & iOS).Familiarity with Service Desk and Helpdesk ticketing systems.Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.Knowledge of video conferencing technologies and support.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.Offer Being a part of the Netcompany team, you will be provided with:Continuous learning opportunities using the most modern methods (unlimited access to Udemy for Business, ad-hoc trainings)
