We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Developer
who is passionate about building smart, scalable solutions and contributing to the evolution of the platform, including
AI and GenAI functionalities

Your Role
You will work on projects from start to finish — from analysis and design to development, testing, and implementation — and help ensure strong platform governance, performance, and continuous optimization.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Designing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM)
* Building applications, flows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
* Supporting the full project lifecycle: analysis → design → development → testing → deployment
* Maintaining and improving existing modules and implementing new features
* Realizing integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, or Integration Hub
* Contributing to AI-driven innovations (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Automation)
* Ensuring compliance with platform governance, performance, and security standards
Requirements
* 4–5+ years of experience
as a ServiceNow Developer / Consultant
* Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM modules
* Solid knowledge of JavaScript (client & server), Flow Designer, and APIs
* Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub)
* Knowledge of ACLs, platform security, and CMDB structures
* Strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, and ability to work independently
Certifications required:
* CSA (Certified System Administrator)
* CAD (Certified Application Developer)
Nice to have:
* CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CTA
* Experience with ServiceNow AI / GenAI functionalities
