Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, booking rooms, arranging travel, submitting expense reports and preparing agendas.
• Operational Support: Maintaining databases, tracking absences, ordering office supplies.
• Communication: Acting as a point of contact, answering questions of employees.
• Project Assistance: Providing ad-hoc support for team projects and events.
Profiel
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with AI tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organization skills, attention to detail, being great at time management and ability to handle confidential information.
• Language Skills : English
