We are currently hiring Dutch and Flemish speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join a premium automotive brand project. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service or sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.

* Location: Remote from Spain

2. Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch-speaking)
* Location: Barcelona (Remote possible if based in Barcelona after training)
* Headcount: 2
️ For the Dutch role, candidates must be located in Barcelona for the training period.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experience support for a premium automotive brand.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
* Provide product information and assistance related to vehicles and services.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
* Native or fluent Dutch or Flemish (depending on the role).
* Good level of English for internal communication.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales.
* Experience within luxury, premium, or automotive brands is highly preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
* Start Date: ASAP
* Working Hours: 39 hours/week
* Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
