International Sales Manager

Responsibilities
* Sell MES-systems to B2B customers in the global growth markets of textiles and plastics.
* Focus on medium and large enterprises, targeting strategic decision makers (owners, general management, IT and production management).
* Work with sales agents in the countries you operate, research market potential, select quality partners, evaluate their activities and visit prospects whose doors they open.
* Prepare offers, launch marketing campaigns and make presentations.
* Participate in national and international fairs.
* Think alongside the customer and convince them that BMS is their suitable partner for their Industry 4.0 strategy.
Qualifications
* Hold a technical or technical/economic Master’s degree or have equivalent experience; strong affinity with software‑driven solutions.
* About 10 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, successfully positioning business operations or MES‑related software.
* Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at different levels; proven track record in complex, project‑driven sales environments with longer sales cycles.
* Willingly travel internationally frequently and have an interest in other cultures.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills such as French, German, Italian are strong assets.
* A continuous learning mindset; enjoys negotiating, building long‑term relationships and taking ownership.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with strong self‑management skills, all within a collaborative corporate culture where pragmatism, intrapreneurship and responsibility truly matter.
