This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in Greece. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries about tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
* Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them on effective use of products.
* Provide information on product features, updates, and technical specifications.
* Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless service.
* Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed on the latest trends and updates in technology to provide relevant assistance to customers.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
* Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech sector, is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.
* Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
* Experience with CRM software and general computer applications is desirable.
* Must reside in Greece and be available to work flexible hours as necessary.
