Coach and mentor team members, providing structured feedback and supporting individual development. Foster accountability, motivation, and alignment with business objectives across the team. Conduct performance evaluations and support training and career growth initiatives. Promote a culture of recognition by celebrating successes and reinforcing positive behaviors. Oversee daily operations to meet production schedules while optimizing efficiency and resource use. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with Brewing, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.
