Please find below details about the role: Job Title: Senior Corporate Security Manager Location: Brussels, Belgium Onsite requirement: Minimum 2 days per week; team meetings typically on Tuesdays More onsite presence during onboarding may be required Contract start: ASAP, no later than 1st September Contract duration: Until end of 2026, with extension dependent on internal recruitment Project description : For our client's head office in Brussels, we are looking for an expert in Security Risk Management with a focus on specific security concepts such as: Physical Security Information Security Supply Chain Security The role requires strong knowledge of global security concepts and all technical and organisational related measures. You will act as a project manager for security-related initiatives on a multi-site level and promote and support the security community with specific expertise. Primary tasks and responsibilities: Provide compliance and legal security advice across physical, supply chain, and information security domains. Monitor and interpret evolving legislation and proactively inform relevant stakeholders. Support the internal security community by developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards. Organise workshops, seminars, and training sessions using the train-the-trainer principle. Lead audits and assessments of physical security measures, including ESRM and Minimum Security Requirements. Manage multi-site and cross-functional security projects (e.g. access control, contractor management, OT security). Contribute to certification efforts (ISO27000, NIS2, ISO31000, TAPA). Provide backup support across domains and collaborate as a team member. Technical profile requirements: You have a 10-year work experience in a security related domain. Experience in a high-tech industrial environment is a plus. Project management experience of at least 3 years. You are computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Methodology/Certification requirements : Master’s degree – preferably with a technical background or in Law. ASIS certification (Organisational and Technical Security) – preferred. ISO31000 (Security Risk Management) – preferred. ISO27000 (Information Security) – preferred. TAPA (Transport Security) – nice to have. Language proficiencies: You are fluent in written and spoken English and French or Dutch. Fluent knowledge of both French and Dutch is considered a plus.
