The Job of the Dutch speaking Senior Marketing Specialist
Your role as the Dutch speaking Senior Marketing Specialist will be to develop, implement, manage and execute regional marketing plans throughout the Benelux territory (and other parts of Europe when required such as France, Spain and Germany) to strengthen product brands and drive sales performances, sales pipeline and enhance customer retention,.
Key Responsibilities of the job:
1. Drive multi-channel regional marketing plans through entire customer journey, to include campaigns, website and social promotional activities - market focus for this role will be on the BENELUX markets and may also provide support for France, Spain and Germany
2. Work closely with sales, product management, and business development for inputs and alignment on marketing plans and activities
3. Work in close alignment with other regional marketing teams and with GTM team to support wider marketing activities
4. Establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements
5. Drive lead management, including capture, nurturing, assignment and coordination of sales leads
6. Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors
7. Work on key trade fairs / shows and exhibitions
8. Continually optimize performance for each channel and campaign
9. Create monthly analysis and progress reports of regional EU marketing activities
10. Effectively manage allocated marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and budget
11. Leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based marketing science strategies that optimize commercial performance and customer engagement
12. Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image
Candidate Profile
13. Fluent in Dutch is essential. Fluency also in French, German or Spanish is an advantage but not essential
14. University Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
15. Experience in marketing communications and campaign creation
16. Experience in the biotech/healthcare or realted health industry
17. Ideally experience or knowledge of LIMS ( Laboratory Information Management System)
18. Experience in trade fairs / trade shows and exhibitions
19. Experience in developing, managing, and executing global go-to-market plans
20. Experience in supporting product launches/releases/EOL/EOS and regional marketing focused on content generation, lead generation, and awareness campaigns
21. In-depth understanding of marketing and sales funnels, conversion performance, and how marketing contributes to and influences revenue.
22. Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques, and technology.
23. Understanding of tools such as Word Press, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
