Your primary responsibilities
Contribute to Trias´ Resource Mobilisation (RM), profiling and networking efforts, in particular providing support to Trias East Africa and Trias Southeast Asia in Resource Mobilisation
Support the development, implementation and monitoring of resource mobilisation strategies for the two assigned regions.
Provide hands-on support to teams in identifying opportunities, developing proposals, preparing budgets, and finalising agreements with donors.
Monitor co-funding requirements and provide guidance to ensure compliance.
Act as a soundboard for programme teams, supporting quality and timeliness of reporting and donor engagement.
Organisational Support & Knowledge Sharing
Share knowledge on international trade developments and donor trends.
Facilitate cross-team exchanges, mutual learning, and the dissemination of lessons learned.
Represent Trias in relevant networks, events and platforms, positioning Trias as a professional and networked NGO.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project development, private sector partnerships, or resource mobilisation within an international NGO or corporate sustainability context.
Proven track record in developing proposals, building networks and negotiating partnerships.
Knowledge about/experience with the private sector, preferably in CSR/grants, ESG
Strong understanding of sustainable business practices, inclusivity and due diligence processes.
Excellent facilitation, networking and communication skills across cultures.
Experienced in designing and delivering capacity-building initiatives and trainings to strengthen the skills and competencies of partners and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a major asset. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an additional advantage.

The gross monthly salary for this full-time position (adjusted to the latest index) is a minimum of €4.213,37 for 5 years of relevant experience.
